The St. Charles Parish Council will hold a regular meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. March 9, 2020 in the Council Chambers, located on the second floor of the courthouse, 15045 River Road in Hahnville. The meeting may also be viewed live on SCP-TV.

Items on the agenda for public hearing include but are not limited to:

• An ordinance to provide for the installation of “ALL WAY STOP” signs on Sixth Street at its intersection with Pine Street in Norco.

• An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Sheriff and Law Enforcement District for the provision of security at the St. Charles Parish Courthouse.

• An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a Contract for Engineering Services with N-Y Associates, Inc. for necessary professional engineering services associated with Parish Project No. S181201 Lone Star Sewer Rehabilitation.

• An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the Parish of St. Charles, Brian Brogle, Coroner of St. Charles Parish, and the Center for Primary Care and Behavioral Health Services to develop and manage a state licensed Mental Health Rehabilitation and Intensive Outpatient Program.

 The council will also hear reports from the Housing Authority ‑ Report on Final Conversion Plan, Department of Wastewater and Parish President Remarks/Report.
