St. Charles Parish Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security was notified at approximately 2:55 p.m. today that a train is stopped on the UP Railroad at Barton Ave and Davis Drive in Luling. There is currently no ETA of when the train will move.

Please consider alternative routes as traffic may be heavy in the area.
