All St. Charles Parish Government Buildings will be closed on Monday, Sept. 1, for the Labor Day holiday. We will reopen on Tuesday, Sept. 2, at our regular operating hours. 

River Birch Renewable Energy will collect normal residential trash routes on Monday.
