The Waterworks Billing Office, located at 301 Third Street in Luling, will close for an additional hour during the lunch period for an employee event. Staff will be out of the office from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 11, 2025. 

Customers will be unable to speak with staff in person or via phone at this time. Bills can be paid online or by using the night drop boxes at the East or West Bank locations.
