St. Charles Parish will honor the men and women who have served our nation with its annual Veterans Day Luncheon, hosted by Parish President Matthew Jewell and Sheriff Greg Champagne. The Luncheon will take place on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at the Edward A. Dufresne Community Center, located at 274 Judge Edward Dufresne Parkway in Luling.  

The program will begin at 11:30 a.m. in the gymnasium, where attendees will hear from guest speaker Rochelle Touchard, a St. Charles Parish native, proud U.S. Army veteran and Shell’s Corporate Relations Regional Lead for Downstream & Renewables. Following the program, a complimentary lunch will be served for all St. Charles Parish veterans and their spouses in attendance. 

A highlight of this year’s luncheon will be a special video tribute showcasing photos of local veterans. To have a St. Charles Parish veteran included, please submit a service photo, along with their name, branch of service, and rank, to publicinfo@stcharlesgov.net by Saturday, November 1, 2025.
