The Waterworks Billing Office, located at 301 Third Street in Luling, will close all day on Thursday, November 13, for the department to conduct staff training.  

Customers will be unable to speak with the staff in person or via phone. Bills can be paid online at scpwater.authoritypay.com or by using the night drop boxes at the East or West Bank locations.
