The Waterworks Billing Office, located at 301 Third Street in Luling, will close early at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 27, for a staff meeting and training. Regular business hours will resume on Monday, March 30.  

Customers will be unable to speak with the staff in person or via phone. Bills can be paid online at scpwaterbill.com or by using the night drop boxes at the East or West Bank locations. Residents with billing questions can email the staff anytime at service@scpwater.org, and they will return messages once they are back in the office.
