The St. Charles Parish Council will hold a meeting beginning at 6:00 pm September 14, 2026 in the Council Chambers, located on the second floor of the Courthouse, 15045 River Road in Hahnville.

INTRODUCTIONS

 Items introduced for public hearing/public comment on September 14, 2026, include but are not limited to:

• An ordinance to levy an assessment on the 2025 ad valorem tax bills of property owners that are delinquent in paying outstanding invoices for removal of weeds, grass, etc. in accordance with the St. Charles Parish Code, Chapter 16, Article III, Weeds, Grass, etc. and to levy an assessment on the ad valorem tax bills of property owners that are delinquent in paying outstanding charges incurred for the removal of unsafe structures, trash and debris in accordance with Chapter 16.

• An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the zoning classification from R-1A and R-1A(M) to C-3 on property designated as Tract B of Tract 53, Coteau De France, 16825 Highway 90, Des Allemands as requested by William Sigmon for Sigmon Rental Properties, LLC.

• An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the zoning classification from R-1A(M) to C-3 on property designated as Lot 9A, St. Gertrude Catholic Church Campus, 17302 LA 631, Des Allemands as requested by Paul Hogan for PDJ Enterprises, LLC.

• An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the zoning classification from C-3 to R-1M on a portion of the property designated Tract 1, Coteau De France, 117 Gwen Lane, Des Allemands as requested by Baron Tregle for White Boot Investments, Inc.

• An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances, Chapter 15, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, Sec. 15-1., Definitions, by adding definitions; to add Secs. 15-27., 15-28., 15-29., and 15-30., relative to the regulations of motorized bicycles, motor driven cycles, electric-assisted bicycles, electric scooters and electric dirt bikes.

• An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a Professional Services Agreement with Digital Engineering & Imaging, Inc., to perform engineering services for Asphalt Maintenance 2027 (Project No. P260804), in the not to exceed amount of $212,080.50.

• An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of an Act of Revocation on property owned by Nathaniel L. Castillo and identified in the attached Act of Revocation and further identified as a portion of the Cajun Paradise Levee System.

• An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a Contract with Cycle Construction Company, LLC, for the Lakewood Pump Station Discharge Modifications (Project No. P241106), in the amount of $959,300.00.
