SCP-TV can be seen 24 hours, 7 days a week on Cox Cable Channel 6 and AT&T U-Verse Channel 99 in St. Charles Parish. It is organized and produced by the Public Information Office and used by the St. Charles Parish Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness during emergency events to disseminate information.
