Customers can visit SCPwaterbill.com to create a new account and enroll in the Muni-Link Portal.

By signing up for the St. Charles Parish Customer Portal you will be able to view, print, and pay your bills online. You will also be able to view prior bills, payments, and usage history.

1. Go to scpwaterbill.com
2. Click on Register
3. Enter your account number and CID which can be found on your bill or via email notification from March 2024. You will also need to enter a valid email address and password.
4. A registration confirmation window will appear. No action is needed in this window. The verification email will only be active for four hours and will require you to verify your email within that timeframe.
5. Once you receive the email with the verification link, click the link provided and complete your enrollment.
6. After clicking the verification link embedded in the email, you will be redirected to the Account Verification screen, Click on the green "click to verify" button to complete your verification.
7. You should now see a green message confirming verification was successful. Now you can enter your email and the password you selected and click Login to access your customer portal account.
